At Pro-Care Home Health Service, our staff is committed to providing the highest quality home care possible. Pro-Care  is a nonprofit hospital-based Home Health agency that provides services under the direction of your physician.

To qualify for Home Health Services under Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay or other insurance programs, (4) conditions must be met:

1. Your physician must order home health.

2. You must be essentially home confined or have difficulty leaving your home and need assistance to do so.

3. You require certain types of skilled care on a part-time basis.

4. Your care must be reasonable and necessary to treat your illness.
